Cancellation policy
The booking becomes binding upon receipt of the full rent in the landlord's account. The tenant must pay a deposit of 30% of the total rent within 14 days of signing the lease agreement. The remaining balance must be paid up to 14 days before the start of the lease agreement (see payment schedule on the invoice). The timeliness of the payment is determined by the receipt or credit to the account specified in the lease agreement. The landlord is entitled to withdraw from the lease agreement in the event of untimely payment. The landlord is then further entitled to claim compensation as follows. Withdrawal 30 to 10 days before arrival day: 50% of the total rent Withdrawal 9 days to arrival day: 60% of the total rent The same applies for cancellations by the tenant. The landlord expressly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Within a park-like complex approximately 40 meters from the house, you'll find the pool area, which is exclusively available to residents of the villaggio. The lake with numerous swimming opportunities, restaurants, and shops is about 500 meters away, and the center of Bardolino can be reached in approximately 15 minutes on foot.
Holiday destination
Bardolino, with just over 7,000 inhabitants, is located on the eastern side of Lake Garda at the foot of the moraine hills with vineyards and olive trees. To the north, Bardolino borders Garda, and to the south, Lazise. The amusement parks Gardaland, Caneva Aquapark, and Movieland are only a few kilometers away. It takes about 20 minutes to reach Verona by car, while Venice and Milan are each about 150 km away.

Sorry!!! Wir hatten die Wohnung im Obergeschoss mit Balkon! Also Casa Ancora 2!!! Obwohl wir am Anreisetag sehr verspätet ankamen, wurden wir von der Verwalterin sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll in der FW empfangen. Die FW war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Gleiche gilt auch für das Grundstück. Dieses ist rundum eingezäunt. Dadurch für unseren Vierbeiner das ideale Areal. Es hat im Innen- wie auch im Außenbereich an nichts gefehlt. Von der Wohnung hat man einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See. Der Bäcker und zahlreiche Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Supermärkte sind in max. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar! Sollten wir uns wieder mal für den den Gardasee als Urlaubsziel entscheiden ist die Casa Ancora 2 bestimmt unsere Location! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Tolle Wohnung mit überaus gehobener Ausstattung. Toller Garten, überdachte Parkplätze und der große Pool haben voll überzeugt!
