The resort of Binz with its notable old spa architecture, the biosphere reserve Granitz, the hunting lodge, the flint fields and the ferry port in Mukran are perfect for walks and cycling tours. Binz and the island of Rügen offer the most diverse options for enjoying the local cuisine.
Holiday destination
The thatched holiday home is located right behind the dunes in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic resort of Binz on Rügen in a quiet location. It is only 1 km along the beach promenade to the town centre / spa pavilion / pier. Many shopping, pubs and cultural and sports facilities can be reached on foot. Binz has a spa and an indoor water park. The exciting landscape of the island of Rügen offers its natural beauty, such as Cape Arkona and the fishing village of Vitt, the Jasmund Chalk Cliffs National Park, megalithic barrows, flint fields, the "Rasender Roland" mini railway, the islands of Hiddensee and Vilm etc., or events like the Störtebecker festivals on the natural stage in Ralswiek. There are also the historic old towns - The Hanseatic city of Stralsund with the Ozeanum and oceanography museum and the Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Rostock. Boat tours can be taken from the Binz pier toward Sassnitz, Mönchgut and also to Poland (Swinemünde). Excursions around Rügen are possible from Güttin near Bergen. The ferry from Mukran will take you to Sweden and Bornholm in 3 hours.

Wir hatten mit unseren Jungs (9,7), eine tolle Zeit im Haus Waldeva. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist ein Traum und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Das Haus, die Ausstattung und auch die Lage ermöglichen einen herrlichen Urlaub in Binz. Von der Kontaktaufnahme bis hin zur Buchung war alles sehr, sehr angenehm. Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts, der Service vor Ort ist super und auch die Lage ist nicht zu toppen. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt, Parkfläche für das KfZ ist vorhanden und die überdachte Terasse ermöglicht bei jeder Wetterlage Entspannung. Der Weg zum Strand (mit eigenem Strandkorb!) ist sehr, sehr kurz und auch alle anderen Wege in Binz sind fußläufig machbar. Wir können es absolut empfehlen!
