This charming apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It consists of one bedroom with double bed, kitchen with dining room and bathroom with tub. In the kitchen there is a fridge, 2 gas cookers and a coffee machine. The apartment has satellite TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and bed linen and towels. There is a nice terrace with garden and barbecue. In front of the apartment there is also a private car park.
The apartment complex has a total of five suites. They are located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the house. Guests of the apartments have at their disposal: a shared garden with a fountain, a terrace with a grill, a common laundry, a badminton net and table tennis. Porec is the most famous tourist center in Istria with beautiful nature, clean sea and a rich offer of gastronomic and sports facilities. Madonna del Monte is part of the town of Poreč, 800 meters from the center of town and the sea. Located on the eastern side of the city, it is characterized by a series of private and modern houses with beautifully landscaped gardens and pine forests.
