Our farm is the ideal base camp for heading out to countless hiking and skiing areas in the heart of the South Tyrol. Seiseralm hiking and skiing area, Val Gardena hiking and skiing area, Villanderer Alm hiking area and the Rittnerhorn hiking area. Furthermore, the cultural cities of Bolzano, Chiusa and Brixen with their countless sights can be reached in 10 to 25 minutes by car
Detailed directions: you can enter either "Waidbruck 39040" or "Ponte Gardena 39040" into your GPS. If you have a GPS, skip to point 3.
Without GPS:
1. Chiusa motorway exit
2. Take the main road towards Bolzano for 9 km
3. At Waidbruck - Ponte Gardena turn left, cross the bridge, and at the roundabout (immediately after the bridge) go right for the Schlerngebiet
4. turn right 1.5 km after the roundabout, at the first bus stop! There will be a sign for the “KOFLERHOF App.” farm.
5. Our farm is the first house on the street (approx. 1.5 km). The entrance is behind the house. Please ring the bell upon arrival.

To confirm your apartment reservation, we always ask for a deposit of 25 - 40 percent depending on the season. If you cancel, the apartment will be released for booking and, if other guests book the apartment, the deposit will of course be refunded.
