The minimum stay is 4 nights!!!

Cancellation:
The tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the lease.
The resignation is to be declared in writing and becomes effective with access to the landlord.
The following compensation is payable with the withdrawal:
Up to 90 days before the start of the rental 30% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
Up to 60 days before the start of the rental 40% of the rental price, but at least the deposit.
Up to 30 days before the start of rental 50% of the rental price thereafter 100% of the rental price.
If the holiday guest does not expressly withdraw from the contract, the entire rental price is due for payment. Even if the holiday guest does not take advantage of the landlord's services!
The deposit i.H. of Euro 200.00 is to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. This will be paid back in cash in case of unpretentious acceptance on the day of departure!
The local tourist tax I. h. From currently 2.00 (per day, from the end of the 16th year of Life, EUR 1.00 (per day, children and adolescents from the age of 6 to the age of 16), EUR 1.00 severely disabled with 100% disability) is also available on arrival in cash in advance to B Egleichen!

Holiday destination
The Chalet Heidi is located in a quiet area idyllically located on the Hafelbach, but very central to the centre of Rottach-Egern! Directly from the house you can make beautiful hikes, bike tours and walks. The Tegernsee, shops and restaurants are within walking distance! The bus stop is approximately 150 m away!
In the house there is another apartment "ramparts View" (approx. 62 m ²), which is also very exclusive equipped and offers space for 3 adults + baby!! (W-LAN, safe, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, rain shower, etc.)
Getting there
By car:
On the A8, take the exit Holzkirchen/Tegernsee/Bad Wiese and follow the B 318 for 18 km.
by railway:
The Tegernsee railway station is only 3.5 km away from the chalet Heidi. Buses run there and taxis are available.

Hier stimmt einfach alles! Die Wohnung ist geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles auf dem neuesten Stand, es fehlt an nichts. Der Kühlschrank war schon mit kalten Getränken gefüllt. Überall sind kleine Nettigkeiten und Überraschungen zu finden, so dass man - nicht zuletzt wegen der superlieben Vermieter Käthi und Sepp, von denen man auch tolle Ausflugstipps oder Hinweise auf empfehlenswerte Gaststätten bekommt- sich sofort wohl und sehr willkommen fühlt. Räder standen in einer Garage, Parken vor dem Haus, ruhige Wohngegend und trotzdem nah zum See und zu den Wander- und Radwegen. Sehr guter Bäcker und ein riesiger Edeka fußläufig erreichbar.
Vielen lieben Dank, liebe Käthi und lieber Sepp, für alles, vor allem für Eure überwältigende Gastfreundschaft !!!

Sehr nette aufmerksame Gastgeber. Wurden herzlich empfangen und viele nette Aufmerksamkeiten. Sehr schöne, vollausgestattete Fewo, gut gelegen - kurze Weg zum Ort und in die Berge.
