Hauptkritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft maximal trocken durchgewischt, was v.a. in Bad und Küche unangenehm auffiel. Wände und Decke hätten einen frischen Anstrich gut vertragen können und auch die Vorhänge waren extrem verdreckt, sprich vermutlich noch nie gewaschen. Wenn man bedenkt, dass noch zwei Wochen vorher alle Beherbergungsbetriebe / Appartments monatelang geschlossen waren wegen Corona, ist es um so unverständlicher, dass man die Zeit nicht für säubernde und renovierende Maßnahmen genutzt hat.
Ein zweiter Punkt ist die Einrichtung / Mobiliar, das wenn neu, schön und zweckmäßig ist, aber halt leider nicht sonderlich wertig, weshalb das Interieur der Wohnung bereits sehr abgewohnt ist.
Küchengeräte sind zwar alle wie beschrieben vorhanden, aber auch hier gilt die Sache mit der Sauberkeit (bei manchen Geräten schaut man erst besser gar nicht ins Innere). Der Wasserkocher ist beispielsweise so billig, dass schon die "Edelstahl"bodenplatte Rostspuren aufweist. Trinkgläser sind zwar 4 Stück vorhanden, aber es wäre schön, wenn von den Hauptsorten (Wasser-, Wein-, Bierglas) wenigsten vier gleiche Gläser im Schrank zu finden wären, so dass man nicht Wein aus einem Pilsglas trinken muss.
