We will gladly send you an overview. The pool can be separated from the main house and the entire property is fenced.

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following applies:
- Cancellation after booking the accommodation: 30% of the rental price
- Cancellation between 56 days and 42 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed rental price
- Cancellation between 42 days before arrival date: 100% of the agreed rental price
Beach towels are provided and included in the rental price.
In the winter months, underfloor heating is charged separately.
