Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the following charges will be applied:
up to 2 months before the rental start date 30% of the rent
up to 6 weeks before the rental start date 60% of the rent
thereafter 100% of the rent
In addition to the rental agreement, I need copies of the identity cards. To protect against burglars, there is a camera in the driveway. The security deposit should be transferred with the final payment 6 weeks before the rental start date. The refund will also be made by transfer.

2 mins to the bus, 3 mins to the bakery and pharmacy, 10 mins to the large grocery store, car-free town center, beach, and train station. The approximately 25 km long sandy beach is one of the cleanest beaches in Spain. The nearby mountains, Barcelona, and Tarragona provide variety. But also the adjacent and quickly accessible neighboring towns, such as Altafulla with its beautiful old town and castle or Tamarit, are a very nice destination for excursions.

You can reach your holiday destination not only by car but also via the airport in Barcelona, approximately 64 km away, or the airport in Reus, about 29 km away.

Host informationI'm delighted by your interest. The moment I first entered the house, I fell in love with it instantly. For me, it's the perfect place to vacation. I acquired it in May 2018, but I've been vacationing in the area since around 2003, about 3 times a year.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Casa Lina. Das Haus ist wirklich genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Der Pool, die Dachterasse einfach alles ist traumhaft schön. Supermarkt, Strand und Restaurants konnte man zu Fuß gut erreichen. Der Strand war zum Glück nicht überfüllt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe mit Sandra hat super funktioniert.

Ein traumhaft schönes liebevolles und geschmackvolles eingerichtetes Häuschen.Es ist ist alles vorhanden,was man benötigt.Was für und das Highlight war ist der Pool.Er wurde morgens nach dem Frühstück gleich genutzt und nach den Strandtag ebenfalls wieder.Er wurde auch 1 mal von einem Poolboy gereinigt.Schlüsselübergabe von Frau Sandra war auch hervorragend.Was wir auch super fanden es gab gefiltertes Wasser.Wir haben uns in den fast 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.
