Cancellation policy

Cancellations Cancellation policy according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal under the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code: Up to 90 days before the day of arrival, the reservation can be canceled without a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained. In the event of cancellations by the guest in the period between the 90th day before the agreed day of arrival and the day of arrival itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees: Cancellation up to 30 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price. Cancellation less than 30 days before the day of arrival: 100% of the agreed total price. In the event of a no-show by the guest or early departure by the guest, the fee for the entire booking period is owed in full. Any cancellation fees will be offset against the deposit already paid. To save costs and ensure protection, we recommend our Roter Hahn cancellation protection. Click here and take out your holiday insurance yourself. Getting there

Coming from the north, take the Brixen / Pustertal motorway exit and head towards Brixen train station. Coming from the south, take the Klausen / GrÃ¶den motorway exit and head towards Brixen train station. There, follow the brown signs for Gereuth / Caredo. After about 4km, you will reach a large intersection where you turn right towards Gereuth / Caredo. From the intersection, continue for about 1 km through Pinzhagen to Tils. In Tils, after the fire station, turn left up the road and follow the sign "Bergchalet Feichterhof". After about 5 km, to the right after a parking lot, is the signposted entrance "Bergchalet Feichterhof". After about 400 m, you will then see our farm.
