Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement in writing.
In the event of withdrawal, the following payments of the rental price are to be made:
-up to 75 days before the start of the trip = 40% of the rental price
-up to 45 days before the start of the trip = 50% of the rental price
-up to 14 days before the start of the trip = 75% of the rental price
less than 14 days before the start of the trip = 100% of the rental price
Travel cancellation insurance is recommended.

Holiday destination
Our holiday home is quietly situated in the 5-star villa park "Noordzee Residence De Banjaard", directly behind the dunes.
The special location in Zeeland, between the North Sea, Oosterschelde, and Veerse Meer, makes the park truly unique.
The kilometers-long sandy beach, just 250 meters from our house, has been repeatedly voted the most beautiful and cleanest beach in the Netherlands. All conceivable water sports can be practiced in the immediate vicinity.
Facilities in the park include bicycle rental, tennis, mini-golf, trampoline, table tennis, arcade, supermarket, restaurant, reception. Many playgrounds are available.
Charging stations for electric cars at the park center, for a fee.
A well-developed network of cycling paths leaves nothing to be desired. Nature reserves and dune landscapes invite you to extensive hikes.
The historic, medieval places worth seeing are: Middelburg, Veere, Domburg, and Zierikzee.

Liebe Familie Giebichenstein,
es war wieder alles top in Ihrem Ferienhaus. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit Sinn für einen Ferienaufenthalt eingerichtet. Genügend Geschirr, Besteck und alles was eine Küche benötigt, falls man auch mal kochen möchte. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss ist wirklich schön geworden. Wir haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Danke auch für Ihr Entgegekommen in Bezug auf die Buchung!!!

Wir sind mit 3 Generationen angereist. Dafür eignet sich das Haus hervorragend. Alles sehr sauber, Bäder, Betten, Matratzen. Auch 2 Kinderbettchen mit sehr sauberen Matratzen. Spielzeug, Windeleimer, 2 Hochstühle. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und sehr geräumige Schlafzimmer mit genügend Stauraum. Der Hausarbeitsraum als Schleuse bei schlechtem Wetter und der zweite Kühlschrank sind toll. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Der schöne eingezäumte Garten und die überdachte Terrasse mit elektrischem Sonnenschutz sind ein Highlight. Große geräumige Terrasse mit schönen Gartenmöbeln und Grill. Alles sehr gepflegt. Wir empfehlen das Haus bedenkenlos weiter. Die Nähe zum Strand ist mit kleinen Kindern top. Sogar der Wetter Gott hat mitgespielt.
