Our newly renovated apartment (approx. 85sqm), with separate entrance and parking space in the courtyard, offers you enough space. The modernly furnished apartment with fitted kitchen (including oven and dishwasher etc.) and dining area, large bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, offers enough space for up to four holiday guests for relaxing days.
There is a washing machine in the storeroom. Please ask for the dryer.
A children's travel cot and a high chair are available for our little visitors if required.
There is also a cosy seating area in the courtyard at your disposal.
In the summer months, our pool (10m x 4m) with a roof (not heated) and the terrace in the garden are at your disposal.

Cancellation: It is generally possible to cancel the booking for the apartment. Sliding scale for the cancellation fees of the apartment:
up to 49 days before arrival: 10% of the rental price
up to 35 days before arrival: 30% of the rental price
up to 21 days before arrival: 60% of the rental price
up to 14 days before arrival: 90% of the rental price
otherwise (later than 14 days before arrival) 100% of the rental price.
At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance
Early departure: In the event of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund of the rental price.
Price reduction: In the event of a short-term failure of equipment, the
public utilities or due to force majeure there is no entitlement to price reduction. Defects in the apartment must be reported to the landlord immediately.
The guest grants the landlord a period of 48 hours to remedy the defects. Complaints made later will not be accepted and cannot be taken into account
