Cancellation policy
Cancellation
1. In the event of a cancellation, the holidaymaker shall pay the operator a compensation fee. This amounts to:
- 15% of the agreed price if the cancellation is made more than three months before the start date;
- 50% of the agreed price if the cancellation is made between three and two months before the start date;
- 75% of the agreed price if the cancellation is made between two and one month before the start date;
- 90% of the agreed price if the cancellation is made within one month of the start date;
- 100% of the agreed price if the cancellation is made on or after the start date.
2. The compensation will be refunded pro-rata, after deduction of administrative costs, if the place is reserved by a third party on the recommendation of the holidaymaker and with written permission from the operator, for the same period or part thereof.

Holiday destination
The farmhouse "Bargerhof" is accessible via a narrow country road. This road connects the farm to Oosterenderweg, which runs between Den Burg and Oosterend. There is ample space to park your car for each accommodation. Each holiday home has its own fenced garden, and the three houses are constructed in such a way that you can enjoy your privacy at all times. For the children, there is a lovely natural playground with a built-in trampoline.
Getting there
From the ferry port, drive to the key address at Kadijksweg No. 8 and from there continue to the Bargerhof farm on Oosterenderweg near the Waal.
