Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the holidaymaker must pay the entrepreneur a compensation. This amounts to:
- if cancelled three months before the start date or earlier: 15% of the agreed price
- if cancelled between three and two months before the start date: 50% of the agreed price
- if cancelled between two months and one month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price
- if cancelled within one month before the start date: 90% of the agreed price
- if cancelled on the day of the start date: 100% of the agreed price

Park Wijde Aa in Roelofarendsveen is centrally located between cities like Amsterdam, The Hague, and Leiden. Numerous attractions, museums such as the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Naturalis, Corpus, shops, canal tours are just a stone's throw away. Leiden is the second-largest museum city in the Netherlands.
And yet, Park Wijde Aa is also very peaceful, situated right on the water in the middle of the polder with plenty of water sports, hiking, and cycling opportunities.

Das Häuschen liegt sehr ruhig,hat einen uneinsehbaren Garten mit Terrasse und einen Parkplatz vor dem Hauseingang. Die Einrichtung entspricht zum Teil nicht auf den Bildern,wahrscheinlich wurde dafür ein anderes Haus benutzt. Das man Handtücher extra dazu buchen muß steht leider nicht in der Beschreibung. Wer in der Küche ein Geschirrhandtuch benötigt sollte es von daheim mitbringen. Den Wasserkocher konnte man nicht benutzen, er sah dementsprechend aus. Das Bad ist sehr dunkel und es gibt nur einen Haken für die Handtücher zum Aufhängen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön und zentral für Ausflüge wie nach Amsterdam, Gouda, Den Haag, Leiden.
Das Personal ist sehr nett.
