Cancellation policy
Upon completion of the rental agreement, a payment of 20% of the rental price is generally required, and from the 28th day before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price is due.
Cancellation:
Renters who cancel at least 30 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid so far. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, they will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund.
Regardless, it is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
If the renter terminates the stay early, they are still obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation must be made in writing. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.

The fishing village of Bruinisse, just a few minutes' walk away, is located directly on the Grevelingenmeer. The island offers a variety of recreational and sightseeing opportunities. Visit Zierikzee, also easily accessible by bicycle. Zierikzee is a picturesque, medieval town with many beautiful cafés and an antique harbor. From there, you can also take boat trips. The city of Goes is recommended for its numerous shops and cafes for strolling and shopping.
Holiday destination
The holiday park offers a wide range of leisure activities for both adults and children. Picturesque villages and towns invite you to stroll and linger. In the cities of Goes, Zierikzee, Middelburg, and Vlissingen, you have the opportunity to shop well and affordably in partly cozy pedestrian zones. Goes, with its narrow alleys, and Zierikzee, with its protected historic houses, are particularly recommended. Extensive cycling and hiking trails surround the sunny island, inviting you to explore and relax.
Getting there
From Germany, head towards Eindhoven - Tilburg - Breda and continue towards Rotterdam and Zierikzee until the Bruinisse-Aqua-Delta exit. After the roundabout, turn right onto the parallel street, then left onto Molenweg de Kreek, Konijnenberg.

Wir waren im Juli für eine Woche mit zwei kleinen Kindern in dem Ferienhaus. Für uns war der Platz vollkommen ausreichend und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Spielplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ferienhaus. Wir haben viele tolle Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto unternommen und jeder kam auf seine Kosten. Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub in einem schön eingerichteten Haus. Selbst bei dem einzigen Regentag unseres Urlaubs, konnten sich die Kinder im schnell zu erreichenden Zentrum im Indoor Spielplatz austoben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten tolle Ferien und haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Ferienhaus war super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigt haben. Freizeitangebote im Zentrum und Spielplätze für die Kinder waren vielfältig und fussläufig auch mit kleineren Kindern gut erreichbar.
