You can cancel for free up to three months before arrival.
from 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 30% of the total price (= deposit)
From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the rental price.
In case of a cancellation within the last week before arrival we will charge 90% of the total price.
in case of early departure 100%.

Zellberg lies in the heart of the Zillertal and is a perfect starting point for summer and winter holidays. It is located about 5 min. drive from the Schulhaus Inn Approx. In 8 minutes you are in the centre of Zellberg and Zell am Ziller. Here you will find everything you need for your holiday, such as shopping, swimming pool, amusement park, minigolf, restaurant, doctors, bank, shops, mountain railway, tourist information.
Getting there
By car: Take the A12 autobahn in the direction of Wiesing/Zillertal, then continue towards Zell am Ziller. Take the first exit for Zell am Ziller Nord and drive towards the centre of town. At the crossroads with a railway crossing, turn right towards Zellberg. After the bridge, turn left. Until you reach the exit for Zellberg. From there you go uphill. After the church and the Schulhaus inn there is a fork, turn left here. Follow the road until you find our stable and the house on the right after a straightaway. House number 207

Wir haben haben uns sofort in der großzügig angelegten Ferienwohnung wie zu Hause gefühlt.
Außerdem hatten wir auch noch einen traumhaft Ausblick in das Zillertal. Dazu kamen noch die vielen Ausflugs- u. Wandermöglichkeiten im Zillertal.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Wenn möglich, kommen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.

Wie jedes Jahr wurden wir herzlichen von Angelika und Florian empfangen.
Es macht uns immer Spaß vorbei zu kommen. Die Wohnungen sind immer sauber und mit allem Ausgestattet was man braucht, um den Alltag leben zu können.
Besonders schön ist der Ausblick auf die Berge, die je nach Wetterlage sich von ihrer schönsten Seite zeigen
