Near the holiday house there are restaurants, bakeries, ice cream parlour, banks, post, hairdresser, shopping, dialysis practice, spa doctors, pharmacy, tourist information, spa park with playground, bike rental. In addition, you can walk to the starting point for mudflat rides to the island of Neuwerk.

Wir waren das erste Mal in Cuxhaven und haben uns im Ferienhaus Lars sehr wohl gefühlt. Selten findet man ein so sauberes, liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir konnten unsere E-Bikes sicher in
einem Abstellraum unterstellen und dort auch Laden. Bei schlechtem Wetter kann man schön im
Wintergarten sitzen. Das Grundstück ist rundherum nicht einsehbar. Zentral gelegen, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Strand sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Rad ist man schnell in Cuxhaven usw.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich, sie hat an alles gedacht. Es war wirklich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Meine Frau und ich waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus. Es fehlte an NICHTS.
Beeindruckend waren die sehr guten handwerklichen Arbeiten in diesem Haus, mit sehr gutem Inventar und einer wertigen sanitären Ausrüstung. Die große Küche ist qualitativ sehr gut und reichhaltig ausgestattet. Frau Birner, immer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und vor allen Dingen sehr verlässlich. Das Haus war perfekt gereinigt und es war überall sehr sauber. Die Sackgassenlage verleiht dem Haus auch nachts eine wunderbare Ruhe. Der Bäcker ist auch in der Nähe. Der abschließbare Fahrradschuppen ist perfekt ausgelegt mit Steckdose usw.
Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
