A lovely traditional family villa with 7 air-conditioned bedrooms, and a large private pool (which can be heated) as well as a private tennis court. It is ideally located within a five minute drive of the pretty medieval village of Valbonne and just 20 minutes to Cannes and the beaches.
Light and very spacious, the property is ideal for a group of family or friends, as it offers plenty of space to be together and yet enjoy privacy. The bedrooms are spread over three floors so perfect for two or three generations. The villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi and satellite TV as well as a well-equipped gym and home cinema with extensive film library.
The property is set within a sweeping 5000m2 garden, consisting of a barbecue area and shaded outdoor dining terrace overlooking a sheltered pool terrace with 9m pool (can be heated) with steps into the shallow end and a seat around the edge. Surrounding the pool is a large comfy seating area with deck chairs and a gazebo to give shelter. Next to the pool area is the tennis court - a full size, tarmac surface, family court. The rest of the garden extends as open grassy areas, orchard and woodland to the boundary of the property.
At the front of the house is a sheltered sun terrace with table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon tea. To the other side is the main outdoor barbecue terrace with family gas barbecue and table and chairs for 12 people. The property is accessed via electronic gates with secure on-site parking for up to 4 cars.
Housekeeper 3 days a week - 4hrs a day.
The main feature of the villa is a large (70m²) home cinema and a games room with billiard and table football. A selection of over 200 DVDs is available, as well as German, French and Dutch satellite TV (also in the breakfast room and in the master bedroom).
There is a fully equipped gym with a rowing machine, elliptical trainer, weights machine and various other equipment, including mats, weights and a Pilates ball.

- The Bastide de la Veyriere is available for holiday rental from June-September and throughout the year upon request. It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the high season and with flexible dates at other periods.
