Holiday destination
La Vancelle is a small Alsatian mountain village, nestled on the southern slope of a mountain arch that rises to about 855 meters. Only a wise eye can see the village from the valley. Hidden in a beautiful forest, it is a haven of peace and nature. And yet it is easily accessible and ideally located, away from the crowds but just minutes from the wine route, the wine villages and the major tourist attractions as The Eagle sanctuary (volerie des Aigles), the Monkey Mountain (montagne des Singes) and the castle Haut Koenigsbourg.
Getting there
On motorway A35, take exit number 17 (St Dié, Selestat). Continue on the direction St Dié (heading west to the Vosges mountains). Shortly after crossing Chatenois, take right. La Vancelle is sign posted.

Mein Mann und ich sowie unser Hund haben wunderbare entspannte Ferien verbracht Landschaft sehr empfehlenswert, hervorragendes Restaurant in La Vancelle auf Empfehlung unseres Vermieters . Er hat uns auch weitere sehr gute Restaurant s empfohlen und super gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um Lebensmittel zu kaufen . Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben auch sehr gut geschlafen und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung war auch sehr ordentlich und super gut gesäubert. Einer glücklichen Fügung hatten wir es zu verdanken, hier im Juli 2024 einige Tage Urlaub verbringen zu dürfen. Genau jene 10 Tage, die uns für unseren Urlaub zu Verfügung standen, waren im Buchungskalender noch verfügbar. Im Universum gibt es keine Zufälle ... Was die Ferienwohnung in dem reizenden Art-Deco-Haus angeht, können sie getrost der Beschreibung der Gastgeber vertrauen. Die Liebe bei der Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist durchaus spürbar und trägt wesentlich dazu bei hier einen angenehmen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen zu können. Jean-Paul und Martine sind nicht nur sehr angenehme und liebenswerte Menschen, sondern stets bemüht ihren Gästen einen schönen Urlaub bescheren zu können. Ihre Liebe für diese Region ist in einem angenehmen Sinne stark present und bemerkenswert.
