Large Infinity Pool (13x7 m). Amenities such as wireless internet, stereo, 2 x TV flat, washing machine and dishwasher. The brick cooking island is the heart of this special holiday home. Suitable for couples or smaller family. Special features such as a floor-level bathtub with panoramic views offer lightness and freshness. Through central heating and sheltered sun terrace the whole year an experience.
The large infinity pool (13x7m) is located a bit off the beaten track on another part of the property and is popular with swimmers (not suitable for smaller children). But also the panoramic view during the swim is impressive.
There are no leisure facilities (playground etc.) for children, as our guests primarily want peace and relaxation.

TENUTA PARADISO stand alone without neighbors, Loggia Paradiso is located on a hill with a wonderful view of the dream landscape, Mediterranean gardens, terraced, various places with garden showers and lounges. Loggia Paradiso is a guest house on the property, grown with ancient gnarled mulberry and olive trees.
2 minutes by car to OSTRA, a pretty medieval town (bank, pharmacy, bar, bakery, butcher, supermarket and trattoria, surrounded by palazzi, churches and narrow streets where pure Italian life takes place but without tourism).
At the house: starting point for walks with a view, only 15 km to the nearest beach / mountains / Senigallia (Festival summer jumburee, beautiful old town, pure dolce vita) 10 km to the historic Jesi with great cultural diversity. At Senigallia many quiet beach sections. NATURE PARK Monte Conero with steep coast 2 motorway exits. Excellent wines, good restaurants or simple honest kitchen, here you have the choice (recommendations of the landlord on site)
Motorway exit Senigallia, 15 km to Ostra, before the city wall direction one-way street, turn left into via del Paradiso. Follow the road for 1.5 km until you get to the top. In a right-hand bend is the driveway (cypress avenue) to Tenuta Paradiso. In any case, please agree with the landlord under 0049-1712016495 or 0049 1755015055 (email: info@tenuta-paradiso.de). If possible, one hour before arrival (arrival day 4 pm). If the arrival time is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone. After prior consultation with booking, a pick-up from the airport (25 km) can be arranged.
