Cancellation policy
We hope for Your understanding, that we have to charge a cancelation fee in case af a rental cancelation.
Cancelation and contract amendments must be in writing. The cancelation fee is until the 60th day before rental start 20% of the total rental cost (advance invoice).
From the 59th day until the 31st day before rental start the cancelation fee ist 50% of the rental fee.
From the 30th day before the rental start the cancelation fee ist 80% of the rental fee.
We advise You to book a travel cancelation insurance.

Vermieterin unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben uns wirklich betreut gefühlt, obwohl wir nur per E-Mail kommuniziert haben.
Wir hatten beide Appartments gemietet und somit das Ganze Haus für uns - sehr zu empfehlen. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt es war alles da (und noch mehr) was wir für unser Frühstück und Abendessen an Gerätschaft brauchen.
Wie in Madeira üblich muss man doch ein Stück zum nächsten öffentlichen Strand gehen.
(ist ja kein Badeurlaub)
