Holiday destination
The town and the surrounding area are ideal for walks, inline skating and lots of cycling trips that stretch out over several kilometres in length. It's only a few minutes' walk to all the facilities and the beach. There are lots of places to do your shopping nearby (Combi, Lidl, Aldi, Edeka, Toom). The bakery and the supermarket (Plus) are also open on Sundays. It's just 5 minutes' drive to the cosy town of Norden.
You'll find the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool (sea water), spa facilities, a kids' play house, a seal rearing station, a variety of restaurants, the yacht and ferry harbour (with trips to the islands), various riding schools and tennis facilities very close by ... and much, much more besides! You can head off on lots of day trips to historic towns, fishing villages or the nearby coastal islands (Juist, Norderney, Baltrum ... or even Helgoland).
Getting there
By car: Take the A31 towards Emden, from Emden take the B210 towards Norden Norddeich from Georgsheil via B72 to Norden. After passing through Norden, turn left at the traffic lights onto Itzendorfer Str. After approx. 2 km turn right onto Bantsbalje , at the 1st roundabout turn left into Memmert Balje at the next roundabout right Memmert Balje 9b

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in angenehm ruhiger und trotzdem zentraler Lage. Deich, Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Es gibt absolut keine negativen Kritikpunkte zu Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Preis und Service. Ein absolut perfekter Urlaub.

Das Ferienhaus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Ausstattung und Sauberkeit top.
Die Lage angenehm ruhig. Geschäfte und vor allem der Deich ist gut zu erreichen.
