Cancellation policy
Regardless of the time of cancellation, the agreed rental price minus our saved expenses (10%) is due. Therefore, 90% of the rental price must be paid. However, we will make every effort to re-let the holiday home. We expressly commit to informing the guest who has withdrawn from the contract about other rentals during the cancelled period and to adjust the due rental price accordingly.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect you in such cases.

Holiday destination
The holiday home is located in close proximity to the most beautiful hiking trails on the island. A secluded viewpoint overlooking the Caldera and the port of Tazacorte is just a few meters away from the house.
Shopping is available directly in the town. The second island capital, Los Llanos, can be reached in just 25 minutes by car. The beach with the most sunshine hours on the island and quaint fish restaurants is about a 20-minute drive away.

Direct charter flights with Condor, Flygermania, Niki Air, Eurowings, or Easy Jet. Scheduled flights via Madrid with Iberia. Arrival via Tenerife and onward flight with Binter or by ferry, for example, Fred Olsen.

Uns hat unserer Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Peter war ein super Gastgeber und hat uns bei allen Fragen und Herausforderungen (wegen dem Vulkanausbruch) sehr gut unterstützt. Folgendes hat uns sehr gefallen: die Lage (ruhig und Blick auf das Meer, 3min. bis zu einem tollen Aussichtspunkt über das Tal und Meer, Wanderwege starten fast direkt am Haus), gute Ausstattung des Hauses.

Wir haben 2 schöne Wochen verbracht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Vom Vermieter selbst begrüßt mit Obstschale,Bioeiern, selbstgemachter Marmelade und einer Flasche Wein. Die Esel Tour mit Paloma& Hanna super schön mit tollen Picknick. Der Sonnen Untergang ein Traum. Wir sagen danken für die tolle Zeit.
