Our generously appointed “Bergblick” apartment with its unmistakeable Tyrolean style conveys the unique atmosphere and tradition of our historic house. It offers 52 m2 of comfortable accommodation for 2-5 people.
The Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with cozy seating area, sofa and flat screen TV. Romantic double bedroom, second bedroom as a full bedroom for two people or as a relaxation room with cozy sofa and extra flatscreen TV. Spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. A generous wardrobe area provides additional storage space.
You are welcome to use the sunny garden, explicitly reserved for our guests. Each garden is equipped with lounge chairs and barbecue facilities. You can relax in your private garden shaded by fruit trees and enjoy the tranquility and the views of the surrounding mountains.
In a few minutes by foot you can reach the new pool and sauna paradise „Stubay". Water fun with adventure slides and an exclusive sauna area - wellness for the whole family.
Children under 10 years are free in all ski areas! (when accompanied by a paying parent)

Skipass and skirental for free! Please note that, with the purchase of one adult skipass, all children under 10 years are free in all ski areas in the Stubai Valley. In our valley, if one adult rents his ski-equipment, all children under 10 receive free ski material. Children 10-15 year pay a childrate.
The apartement is nestled in the heart of the Austrian Alps. In summer you will find the ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and cycling. You don't need your car for your activities.
In winter the Stubai Valley is one of the top ski resorts in the Alps. Four ski areas (Stubai Glacier, Schlick 2000, Elfer, Serles) around our vacation apartment offer ideal conditions for winter sports. All areas are easily accessible in a few minutes by car or the free ski bus. Station 1 min. from the house!
Your Arrival via car: A13 motorway – exit Stubaital – follow the road towards Stubai Glacier
Your Arrival via train:
From the main station of Innsbruck you can take the Stubaitalbahn which needs 50 minutes to Telfes im Stubai. From the little train station in the village you can easily reach the apartment.
Your Arrival via Airplane
: You prefer flying? We recommend you to fly to the Airport of Innsbruck. When you have arrived in Innsbruck it takes you about 20 minutes until you´re in Telfes.
