Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
- The deposit amounting to 30% of the booking fee is non-refundable.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. If the remaining balance is not received on time (transfer confirmation is decisive), your booking may be released for other travelers and you will lose your deposit and reservation. Your reservation confirmation will become invalid in that case.
- After payment of the remaining balance, it is no longer refundable - exceptions may apply.
- If the traveler who has canceled finds another person for the same reservation, we will only charge the costs incurred by the change or the difference in the sum.
- We are open to discussion and everything can be talked about - your well-being in our house is important to us!

Die Casa Brazil ist seit Jahren unser Happy Place. Hierher zu kommen ist für uns nicht nur Urlaub. Wir fühlen uns hier super wohl und können hier total abschalten und regenerieren. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts ausser vielleicht einer Waschmaschine, wenn man länger bleibt. Ansonsten ist hier alles tippi-toppi.
