    Being it sailing, hiking, swimming, cycling, paragliding or taking a discovery flight. flyingdicover the back country with the famous waterfall cascades, a 60s style romantic funicolar ride you will never forget, the typical italien Gelati and all the delicious food in the restaurant from typical basic kitchen with Pizza, boletus risotto to pasta with truffels. And the best: no endless trafic jams like on the Lake of Garda. If you are up to Jazz, go and visit the Ascona Jazz festival or the Locarno film festival. Milano and Lugano can be reached easily if you are up for art, history and culture.
    Getting there
    Can be reached by car via Switzerland when coming from the North trough the tunnels or - which is a journey to the past via the St. Gotthardo Pass following the old cobble stone climb of the Tremola. You can also fly into Lugano Airport, Milano-Malpensa or Lignate. I even did Bergamo as well. With a rental car the satnav brings you to the villa. One could also use the train. There is a train station in Luino which provides you connections to Milano or Switzerland.

    Die Wohnung war perfekt für eine sonnige Woche Urlaub in Italien. Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick und das Alles vermietet von sehr netten Leuten. Der tägliche Spaziergang runter in die Stadt war auch immer toll und alles was nicht zu Fuß machbar ist kann man in angenehmer Nähe mit dem Auto erreichen. Und wann bekommt man schonmal eine Wohnung mit einer zutraulichen Schildkröte? Alles in allem ein sehr gelunger Urlaub in einer "Traum-Ferienwohnung". Wir würden uns freuen wieder kommen zu dürfen. Die besten Grüße
