We are in the Dartmoor National Park, on the border between Devon and Cornwall, England.
Very quiet and peaceful location in the valley of the river Walkham, surrounded by woodland and pasture, with direct walks on to the moor. Many historical places to visit and beaches to explore.
The nearby market town of Tavistock is charming, with an eclectic mix of boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and a daily market.

Super erholsamer Urlaub. Luke und Masha sind sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Vermieter.
Es fehlte an Nichts. Ferienhaus sehr schön und super sauber (übertrifft die Fotos).
Anfahrt etwas "ungewöhnlich", aber ok.
Dartmoor ist echt riesig. Wandern empfohlen. Die totale Ruhe.
Ich denke, das wir wieder kommen werden.

Unser Cottage war uns ein richtiges "Zuhause" in dem wir uns vom ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Flasche Rotwein und die leckeren Croissants ( nach einer langen Anreise ) zum Empfang haben sicherlich dazu beigetragen. Die Ausstattung des Cottages ist sehr hochwertig, geschmackvoll und gemütlich, wäre es mein Haus würde ich nichts anders machen. Das Dartmoor direkt ums Eck haben wir viele Ausflüge gleich von der Farm aus gemacht. Stundenlange Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund durchs Dartmoor waren genau das was wir uns gewünscht haben.Wir haben tolle Ausflüge ans Meer, an die Küste in Cornwall und Devon, gemacht. Luke u Masha sind ganz tolle Gastgeber.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
