Cancellation policy
Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival for bookings until 31.12.2020 in case of proved cancellation due to COVID 19 (Otherwise the normal cancellation policy is applicable)
Normal cancellation policy :
• In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks before arrival date, there is no charge. The
deposit will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 8 weeks up to 30 days before arrival date, 70 % of the total
amount will be retained and 30 % will be refunded.
• In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival date, 100% will be charged.
We recommend our guests to take a travel insurance.

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen und bestens ausgestattetem Haus verbracht. Der beheizte Pool war ein Traum zu jeder Tageszeit und wurde daher ständig von uns benutzt. Der Blick von der Terrasse entlang der Küste und beim Sonnenuntergang großartig. Frau Monique hat uns sehr aufmerksam betreut und sofort bei helfend reagiert, wenn dies nötig war. Wir haben bereits für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht und freuen uns schon. Vielen Dank!

Dank der tollen Anfahrtsbeschreibung konnten wir das Traumhaus vom Flughafen Funchal aus in etwa 45min ohne Probleme erreichen und nach einem herzlichen Empfang mit Aufmerksamkeiten wie einem Obstkorb durch Monique mit vielen hilfreichen Tipps zur Umgebung und Koens Spezialwissen zu den Levadas haben wir Haus, atemberaubenden Ausblick und die super Lage in vollen Zügen genossen. Die Küchenausstattung war herausragend (mit zwei verschiedenen Kaffeemaschinen, modernem Standmixer, Induktionskochfeld...) und alle Restaurants und Strandbars, die wir in Calheta im Hafen besucht haben, haben durch leckeres Essen, aufmerksamen Service und moderate Preise überzeugt. Wir waren überwältigt! Vielen lieben Dank für den wunderbaren Service.
