Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to the start of the travel date, 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded, less 4,49 Euro for bank transfer charges. After this period no refund will be made.
In case of cancellation 21 days before the beginning of the travel date 90% of the total booking amount mentioned above must be refunded. For this reason, it is recommended to take out a personal travel cancellation insurance.
As date of cancellation will be considered when we will receive the written notification by recorded or registered mail.

A water park for carefree hours with the family or friends is at 15 minutes drive.
Beautiful sandy beaches such as Fontane Bianche, Noto Eloro, Vendicari, Calamosche are within a 20-40 minute drive. Mount Etna is not more than 90 minutes drive from the villa.
Holiday destination
The more than 3.000 sqm large property is located within the nature reserve of Plemmirio, in an elevated and beautiful location looking out on a typical Mediterranean landscape which extends to the sea. From the house a path leads through the open countryside to the sea about 300 meters away. The water is crystal clear and the conditions perfect for swimmers and divers.
Simple shopping and bus stop at about 3,5 km, restaurants and pizzeria ca 8 km, bar 2 km, newspaper kiosk ca.12 km (summer time only). A mall (open from Monday to Sunday) and Lidl are in Syracuse and Avola.

from Catania airport in order to reach the meeting point or to the house where I will receive you.

Der große Garten mit hohen Bäumen, Kapernpflanzen etc. , den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, sich niederzulassen (Gartenliegen, Loungemöbeln und überdachter Außensitz), die wunderschönen Ausblicke zum Meer und zur abends beleuchteten Felswand haben uns immer wieder beeindruckt. Die Nähe zum Meer hatte aber auch den Nachteil, dass z. B. der Grill, Armaturen und Fenster etwas angegriffen waren.
Ein Induktionsherd ist schon gut. schade nur, dass bei gleichzeitiger Bedienung mehrer Geräte die Sicherung rausfliegt. Der Pool hat eine wunderbare Größe. Allerdings wäre eine Leiter zum Ein- und Ausstieg wünschenswert.
Dario hat uns viele Hinweise zum Haus, zu Land und Leuten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. gegeben. Er war sehr freundlich und hat auf Mails sofort geantwortet und Lösungen gefunden.

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer. Die Aussenküche ist super, hier macht Salat rüsten mit Blick aufs Meer richtig Spass! Der Pool hat keinen Einstieg, ist also für alte Menschen nicht so geeignet. Dafür kann man vom Sprungbrett in den Pool hüpfen. Um das Haus herum ist es eher etwas karg, nicht so liebevoll. Das Haus innen ist sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche enthält alles was man braucht und die Betten sind super bequem. In 10 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto Syrakus, eine hübsche Stadt zum Bummeln und Essen. Dario, der Vermieter hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt, uns Tipps gegeben und war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen und wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Lieber Dario, herzlichen Dank für alles! Liebe Grüsse Martha und Manfred
