Cancellation policy
A cancellation fee of 30% of the booking price will be charged for cancellations made up to 90 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the booking price for cancellations made up to 30 days before the start of the rental period, and 90% of the booking price thereafter.
It is possible to alter your booking up to 90 days before you are due to arrive – we charge a fee of 15% of the booking price for this service.
If the 7-day incidence rate for Coronavirus in the district of Sächsische Schweiz–Osterzgebirge is below 100 on five consecutive working days (Sundays and public holidays are not included), then the following applies from the next day but one (the so-called "5+2 rule"):
• Apartments/holiday homes and campsites are allowed to receive guests again.
In the case of a total ban on rentals, you will be able to cancel free of charge.

Getting there
A17 to Dresden Südvorstadt – B170 towards Bannewitz – when you reach the centre of Hänichen, turn left after the pedestrian crossing – entrance to the village square.

Das Ferienhaus Lätzsch ist wirklich wunderschön ( innen und auch das Aussengelände auf dem Grundstück) . Wir haben den Komfort genossen und nichts vermisst. Im Ort selbst ist es sehr schön ruhig, genau das richtige . Falls man Trubel braucht, ist Dresden nicht weit..
Ich könnte mir vorstellen dort nochmal zu buchen.

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sie war mit allem ausgesattet, was man so braucht. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist im Ort zu finden.
Von da aus ist man sehr schnell in der Sächsische Schweiz, Dresden und dem Erzgebirge.
Auch nach Bautzen ist es nicht weit. Gute Autobahnanbindung.
