Dieses Anwesen ist ein kleines Juwel auf dem höchsten Punkt Werders: ein kleiner verwunschener Park mir vielen bezaubernden Orten wie dem liebevoll und fachmännisch restaurierten Belvedere, den kleinen Weinberghängen, dem Steg durch die Binsen bis zur Havel, die hier mehr einem großen See gleicht. Auch die Wohnung war erfreulich, alles durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, und einem Balkon mit
weitem Blick über die Havel (er muss im Sommer ein Traum sein, umrankt und direkt neben einem alten Baum). Erwähnenswert, besonders für Großstädter, sind die Nächte: absolut still!

Sehr schöne Wohnung auf wunderbarem Grundstück. Tolle Aussicht aufs Wasser, sehr gute Austattung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Abstriche weiter empfehlen
