Holiday destination
Numerous paths connect the beaches of Sainte-Marguerite sur Mer, Vasterival and Varengeville Sur Mer. Many of them are on the cliffs, and you will bring back wonderfull pictures. The "voie verte" will link you to many local and typical villages of Normandy : this trail built on an old railway is exclusively for pedestrians and bicycles and extend more than 100 km... The Phare d'Ailly and the Parc Floral des Moutiers are at few minutes walk. The famous "Jardins de Vasterival " are at 100 m : do not miss them ! Dieppe is 15 mn driving, Etretat 90 mn, Paris 2 hours.

Les Colombines, auf Deutsch: Akelei, eine Pflanze der man im Mittelalter eine große liebesfördernde Wirkung zuschrieb... die Liebe zur unbeschreiblich schönen Natur, welches das Haus und der Garten besitzt, hat uns von der ersten Stunde erfasst. Ein kleines Paradies , wie auch die Umgebung. Stille um nur die Natur zu hören... wir hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit; 3 Personen und zwei Greyhounds. Wir freuen uns auf September, wenn wir wieder Gast in einem kleinen Paradies sein dürfen.

Wir sind spontan in die Normandie gereist und hatten das Glück, dass das schöne Ferienhaus "Les Colombines" genau in dieser Woche noch frei war. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Daphne empfangen. Das Haus ist sauber und ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet...es ist alles vorhanden, um die Austern zu öffnen und den täglich frischen Fisch zuzubereiten und die Flasche Wein zu entkorken :). Der Strand war trotz Hauptsaison nicht überlaufen, so dass wir trotz Corona sehr entspannte Tage verbringen konnten. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der kleine Biomarkt in Sainte-Marguerite-sur-Mer, der Samstagvormittag stattfindet und der wunderschöne Shamrock-Park, in dem die Hortensien in voller Pracht blühten. Les Colombines ist auch für nächstes Jahr schon gebucht. Danke für die gute Kommunikation, Michel!
