Cancellation policy
Of course no one books a holiday apartment or a holiday home to cancel it! And yet it can happen that a trip can not be started, for health or professional reasons. Since we reserve the accommodation for you after your booking and arrange it on time, we must inform you that in case of a possible cancellation the following costs have to be borne by you:
- We will cancel your booking for free up to 4 weeks before the arrival date.
- from 4 weeks to 3 weeks before the arrival date, 25% of the confirmed total amount is due.
- from 3 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival 50% of the confirmed total amount is due.
- from 2 weeks to 1 week prior to arrival, 75% of the confirmed total amount is due.
- from 1 week before the arrival date the full confirmed total amount is due less a lump sum of 10% for expenses not provided such as cleaning, laundry, water, electricity, gas ...
Remember that in any travel agency or even online, you can take out travel cancellation insurance for cancellations in the event of illness!

Gut ausgestattetes FeHa, besonders die Küche ist mit viel Geschirr und vielfältigen Utensilien sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch die Wahl der Einrichtung ist sehr schön und bequem. Auf den 2. Blick fallen aber einige Kritikpunkte auf. Die Reinigung des Hauses war nur mittelmäßig. Die Bäder waren sehr sauber, aber dafür gab es in sämtlichen Ecken und im Treppengeländer Spinnenweben, auch die Dunstabzugshaube war total fettig und verdreckt.Eine Schiebegardine hing nur noch halb in der Führungsschiene. Der Garten war total verwildert, Unkraut in den Terassenfugen.
Leider nur ein Kleiderschrank für 3 Schlafräume. Als sehr positiv bewerten wir den freundlich Kontakt zum Vermieter und zur Verwalterin und das wir das Gartenhaus zur Unterbringung unserer E- biker nutzen konnten. Schönes FeHa, aber sehr vernachlässigt
