Cancellation policy
Should the lessee cancel (terminate) the contract prior to the start of rental period without naming a subsequent lessee who agrees to the same terms and conditions, the following pro-rated rent amounts are due minus the saved expenditures: Cancellation - up to 49 days prior to arrival: 20% of the rental price - up to 35 days prior to arrival: 30% of the rental price - up to 21 days prior to arrival: 60% of the rental price - up to 14 days prior to arrival: 90% of the rental price - otherwise (later than 14 days prior to arrival) 100% of the rental price. At the same time, the lessor will try to find a substitute lessee. The renter can prove a lesser damage at any time. Should the lessee depart earlier than stated in contract, he remains obligated to pay the full rental price. Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.

Das Seehaus 10 ist wunderschön eingerichtet, es ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und sehr zentral gelegen. Zum nahegelegenen Hafen sind es nur einige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wunderschöne 14 Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht.

Tolle Wohnung, nette Ausstattung, schöne, ruhige Lage, nah zum Hafen, toller Garten und als super Zugabe die Möglichkeit auf und um das Grundstück zu angeln. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
