Holiday destination
Greetsiel is is a charming fishervillage with famous twin windmills on the German North Sea coast, in Eastern Friesland.
The holiday home is located centrally but quietly and surrounded by water in the new established "Greetsieler Grachtenviertel", next to the picturesque and lively centre of Greetsiel, which is more than 600 years old.
Swimming centre "Oase" with sauna, childcare "Lükko-Leuchtturm" and the adventure playground, restaurants, cafés, shops and the old harbour with the fisherboats are near. Greetsiel has got a swimming lake with a sandy beach (2 km), the next beach on the sea is in Norddeich. Due to the preferred location of the villa you can reach all the sights easily on foot or by bike in the fresh sea breeze.

Greetsiel ist ein schönes Fleckchen Erde und noch schöner wird es, wenn man im Haus Aquarius verbleiben kann!
Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung...wir geben jeweils 5 von 5 punkte!
Sehr ruhig direkt am Wasser gelegen, kann man die Seele so richtig baumeln lassen.
Supermarkt, Apotheke usw. ist alles in der Nähe und ein gutes Griechisches Restaurant sogar direkt um die Ecke..
Aber einmal in Greetsiel soll man doch essen was das Meer zu bieten hat..
Nun, zum Fisch essen hat man die Qual der Wahl..In der schöne Ortsmitte gibt es u.a. viele Fischrestaurants!
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und können Haus Aquarius/ Greetsiel ohne wenn und aber empfehlen!!!

In diesem Jahr besuchten wir Ostfriesland. Der Ort Greetsiel ist einfach sehenswert.
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr idyllisch direkt am Wasser am Anfang einer Ferienhaussiedlung, jedoch sehr ruhig und somit ideal zur Entspannung. Als Familie findet man genügend Platz. Das Grundstück mit eigenem Bootssteg ist einfach nur herrlich, auch der Strandkorb und die Liegestühle.
Die Ferienhausverwalter sind äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Man fühlte sich willkommen.
In dieser Gegend findet jeder seinen Urlaubsspaß, ob Strand, Bootsfahrten, Radtouren, Windmühlen, Grachtenfahrten - für jedes Wetter passt etwas Geeignetes. "Ottos" Leuchtturm ist mit dem Fahrrad nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, von dort aus geht es auch zum Naturbadestrand oder zum Trockenstrand, wenn man nicht an den Norddeich baden gehen will.
