This magical holiday home in Klingberg is a spacious, light-flooded house. A perfect family holiday with children, grandparents or good friends awaits you on 170 m² of living space. On the lower level there is a spacious entrance area with a piano. The cozy living room with sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00) including flat-screen TV, DVD and Blue Ray player, iPod docking station and WiFi. There is also a fireplace room with a flat-screen TV, which invites you to relax and offers you the comfort you want in every season. The well-equipped kitchen accompanies you on your culinary journeys.
On the upper level there is a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and an adjoining dressing room and baby corner. Another bedroom with a double bed 180 x 200 cm and a spacious seating area with Playstation3, Nintendo Wii and games. From there you can take a staircase to the attic, where there is fitness equipment for sporty guests: a cross trainer, a seated bike, an abdominal trainer and a power Pilates gym. A bunk bed is also available and can be pulled out to 1.60 x 2.00 m.
A full bath is available on the first floor. A shower room, a guest toilet and an in-house sauna meet high demands (on the ground floor). The garden offers your children a sheltered play area with a sandpit, and there is also a charcoal grill available. You can start the day with a nice breakfast on the terrace.

29th - 22nd day before departure: 60% of the rental price
from the 21st day before departure: 80% of the rental price
