    Centrally located - 2 minutes walk from the town centre, bus stop, shops and congress centre. 5 minutes by car to the swimming pool and 10 minutes to the golf course Berchtesgaden, to the Königssee and to the Jennerbahn. 4 ski areas and cross-country skiing centres in the immediate vicinity. 30 minutes to Ski-Amadee entrance. The ideal starting point for hikes in the Berchtesgadener valley basin. 25 minutes to Salzburg and Bad Reichenhall.
    Getting there
    From Munich via the A8, exit Bad Reichenhall - direction Berchtesgaden via B20 From Vienna or Villach via the A10 Tauernautobahn - exit Salzburg Süd (Attention: vignette required on arrival from Munich). Direction Berchtesgaden via B20. Follow Berchtesgaden town centre. Opposite the Congress Centre, turn off at Hotel Edelweiss in Griesstätterstraße. After 250 m you drive directly to the holiday apartment Marianne (central building). On the ground floor there is our Cosmetic-Studio M.

    Für unsere Familienreise mit 5 Erwachsenen war die Wohnung ideal. Mit den zwei Bädern und dem separierten Wohnzimmer, welches in unserem Fall als drittes Schlafzimmer genutzt wurde hatte jeder genug Freiraum und im Esszimmer war immer noch ein Platz an dem wir alle zusammen kommen konnten. Die tolle Küche wurde von uns auch gerne genutzt, da wir wegen Corona nicht jeden Abend essen gehen wollten, obwohl in Laufnähe sehr gute Lokale zu finden sind. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

    Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, großzügig und ruhig. Man wohnt absolut zentral, ist mit wenigen Schritten direkt im Ortskern mit netten Geschäften und Restaurants. Direkt vom Haus aus und in unmittelbarer Umgebung kann man herrlich wandern, was wir mit unserem Hund ausgiebig genutzt haben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und alles verlief sehr unkompliziert. Wir hatten 1 Regentag, den wir total entspannt in der Wohnung verbracht haben. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, bald wiederzukommen, es war auch dank der schönen Ferienwohnung ein ganz toller und erholsamer Urlaub (und Bayern ist so schön!)! Vielen Dank an Frau Radmann für die Gastfreundschaft!
