Description

A country house, built in 1874, has become a comfortable villa with preserved rustic beauty. The village Stranici is 1 km far away from the medieval town of Sv. Lovrec, 3 km from the Lim Bay ,10 km from Vrsar and 15 km from Porec a modern tourist destinations. It takes about 20 minutes on the highway to reach the airport of Pula. Villa Fuma is situated right at the entrance to the village, which is also the entrance to the wine routes, meant to be used by cyclists and walkers.

Holiday destination

Garden: an ideal place for entertainment and relaxation
It is a spacious and wonderful garden with an olive-grove and a roofed over parking place.
Near the house is a pretty outdoor kitchen with the grilling equipment and the swimming pool (10m X 5,5m) with outdoor shower

Getting there

Passing Slovenian – Croatian border follow blue indication "Pula"
The exit from highway you have to follow is No.6 “Medaki” - Sv. Lovrec/Vrsar,
At the end of the exit, going right, you follow the indication Sv.Lovrec.
After about 1 km, you will see the indication “Stranici 0,8” going left, follow it.
After ca 1 km is Stranici and Villa Fuma (blue sign at the left side of the road and your parking place).

Wir haben mit 7 Personen einen wunder schönen Familien Urlaub in der Villa Fuma verbracht. Das Haus war top ausgestattet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung war ebenfalls sehr schön. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren als Paar mit Freunden bei Emil und Branca als Gäste. Wir haben eine Unterkunft mit allem was man sich wünschen kann vorgefunden Ein traumhafter Pool und Gastgeber die nicht netter sein können. Mein Mann wurde leider sehr krank und die Gastgeber waren mitten in der Nacht für uns da, um uns ins Hospital zu bringen. Ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an Emil und Branca und die wunderbare Tochter. Perfekt ausgestattete ferienimmobilie, drei völlig autarke Wohnungen, die keine Wünsche offenlassen, der Pool ist traumhaft und sauber, wie das gesamte Anwesen. Sehr empfehlenswert und dann noch sooooo tolle Vermieter. Es war ein Traumurlaub!!!!!!
