Cancellation policy
Payment Terms:
30% is paid directly when the booking is made and the rest 4 weeks before arrival. Payment is classic, by bank transfer (it takes max. up to 3 days). The reservation will be kept for you 3 days before it is canceled.
Pets cost extra: 5 Euro per day

If you cancel your reservation 1 month (30 days) before the arrival you get the 50 % refund.
If you cancel your reservation less then 1 month (29 days) in advance you dont get the refund.

The old town of Primosten on the coast is worth visiting, specially the old church of St.George on the top of the hill from where you can enjoy wonderful views of the old town and the surrounding beaches. You can do some diving or some eco-fishing excursion, rent a bike, scooter or boot, visit the national park Krka Waterfalls or do some canoeing in Trogir or rafting on the river Cetina...
Holiday destination
Dalmatia is not only the coast and the sea, it is far more than that...Discover the Dalmatian hinterland, you won't regret it.
Primosten area is very well known for its vineyards planted almost in bare stone. A famous superior quality wine "Babic" is produced from this grape. You can combine it with various local food that is barbecued on every corner during the summer time and enjoy genuine Dalmatian atmosphere with wine and song.
For those who don't need much of a sleep but music and entertainment all night long - there is the biggest night club in Dalmatia – the “Aurora”.
For those who like to swim and sunbathe there are beautiful beaches all around Primosten as well as plenty of cultural heritage.
The location of the house is just perfect, we are in the middle between the towns of Sibenik, Trogir, Split - all of them with UNESCO protected sites!
Getting there
The nearest airport is the airport from Split. To reach our holiday house you need a car (you can rent it at the airport) and you drive along the coast towards Primosten.
You can also come with the car directly from your home town, along the highway all the way to Sibenik and than along the coast from Sibenik to Primosten.
It is a must to have a car here because the public transport, buses, do not run very often, specially not during the summer time.

Liebe Doris, lieber Rosano,
jetzt sitzen wir auf der Terasse und genießen noch den letzten Abend. Es war so ein traumhafter Urlaub. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben und wir sind echt traurig, dass wir Morgen Abreisen. Dass Haus war / ist einfach spitze. Von dem tollen Pool garnicht zu reden, einfach mega. Die Stadt Primosten ist so schön und gemütlich, es gibt alles was man brauch und von dem Meer brauchen wir ja nicht sprechen. Ein Traum von den Klippen zu springen und ins tief blaue Meer zu landen. Wir füllen jetzt mal wieder die Urlaubskasse und unser nächster Urlaub, würden wir gerne wieder bei Euch verbringen. Liebe Grüße und vielen Dank für alles ( auch nochmal für das Geburtstags Geschenk ). Bis zum nächsten Mal, ihr seit Spitze.
