Cancellation policy
The tenant can withdraw from the rental contract in writing. The tenant is then obliged to find another tenant. If no replacement tenant is found by up to 30 days before the agreed start of the rental period, then the original tenant is obliged to pay 40% of the rental price to the landlord. When this deadline has passed, 100% of the rental price must be paid if no tenant has been found. You are therefore recommended to take out holiday cancellation insurance.

Neukalen has an unusually large discotheque with people coming all the way from Rostock to party there. The town is also home to two bowling alleys as well as a small fitness centre, a railway museum, and a stunning Protestant church.
Holiday destination
300m to the town harbour and the town centre with a butcher, a baker, an Edeka supermarket, a doctor, a pharmacy and places to shop. 400m to the nature reserve and the river Peene. Large nature reserve with forests, rivers and lakes that adorn the landscape. Well sign-posted cycle and hiking routes round the lake. Town harbour with a disability-friendly connection via the river Peene to Lake Kummerow with a range of boat trips, canoe tours and fishing excursions on offer. Local boat rental.
Getting there
Drive from Darguner Straße into Warsower Weg. Warsower Weg then forks after 300m. Please turn left. The "F. Winkler" holiday home will be the 3rd building to your right. You can park in front of the property.

Liebe Familie Winkler,
wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in Ihrem schönen Ferienhaus.Der Garten so schön gepflegt
und für unsere Hunde optimal.Alles wunderbar.
Schöne ruhige Gegend.Erholung pur.Die Räder haben wir auch gut genutzt sowie auch die Sauna.
Die Begrüßung mit Sekt und Leckerchen für unsere Hunde hat uns sehr gefreut.
Wir können das Ferienhaus sehr weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit einem schönen Garten. Von dort haben wir viele Spaziergänge mit unserem Hund unternommen, das Auto konnte an mehreren Tagen stehen bleiben. Danach ging es in die Sauna zum Aufwärmen. Das Haus ist am Rand von Neukalen, in der Nähe vom kleinen Hafen mit einer guten Gaststätte. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.
