Cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 3 months before the start of the rental period will be refunded at 70% of the rental price. The deposit of 30% will be retained by the landlord unless he finds an equivalent replacement tenant.
Should the tenant have to cancel his booking, it is recommended to give the landlord a written order to try to find a replacement tenant. If a replacement tenant is found and the conditions are the same, the amount of the contractually owed sum of 100,- Euro will then be refunded.
Cancellations at short notice, 3 months before the start of the rental period, will be fully honoured by the landlord, unless he finds a substitute tenant of equal value.
In the event of cancellation less than 3 months before the start of the rental period, i.e. at short notice, the lessor shall be entitled to 100 % of the total rental price.
Should the landlord find a substitute tenant of equal value, only a rewriting of the booking is required, which can be carried out by the landlord for a handling fee (100 euros). The remaining sum will then be refunded to the hirer (at the earliest on the day of the start of the hire).
Cancellation of the rental contract is only valid with a written declaration ! The receipt of the written declaration of withdrawal by the lessor is decisive!

wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der der Ferienwohnung L`Unique. Von der Wohnungsausstattung bis zum Pool und die Aussicht über das Meer, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Wir haben uns bestens erhol! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich und habe sich sehr gut gekümmert. Wir können das Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen dank an Frau Leweling, und Herrn Bormann.

Es ist ein Ferienappartement, das sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, und wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Umgebung. Der große Pool war herrlich, nur das Wetter in der letzten Woche hätte etwas besser und wärmer sein können. Wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienappartement verbringen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen. Iris und Wolfgang.
