You must give us your postal address when you book. After you book, you will then receive your rental contract in the mail. This lets you carefully check over everything you need to know again (overall price/payment terms and conditions). Please sign this rental contract and send it back to the service office at the estate (only then will your booking be complete). This office will act as your point of contact in the local area - its employees are responsible for all aspects of your stay (apartment handover, key handover, etc.)
Please note that bookings during the high season need to be made chronologically with no gaps - or with minimum periods of 7, 10 or 14 nights left free between bookings.
The minimum stay during New Year's is 4 nights.
The rental prices are applicable for 2 adults. Kids aged 0 - 14 stay free of charge.
Bed linen/hand and bath towels are not included in the price. Laundry packages (bed linen, hand towels, bath towels and tea towels) can be booked for 18 euro per person. If you book this option, the beds will also be made up for you. You're also very welcome to bring your own linen/towels, etc.

Bastorf with its lighthouse, the Molli narrow-gauge steam railway, Bad Doberan Abbey, Heiligendamm and Rerik.
There's a lot to discover in the area around Kühlungsborn. There are many day trip destinations that are easy to get to by bike, aboard the Molli railway or by car.
Just three kilometres from the beautiful Baltic seaside resort you'll find a 20-metre-tall light house in Bastorf that offers fantastic views across the surrounding fields to the Baltic Sea. You can either hike to Bastorf lighthouse or visit on a bicycle. You can relax and get refreshments in the café right next to the lighthouse.
Enjoy a truly nostalgic journey on the Molli narrow-gauge steam railway - it's over 100 years old. The train steams and hisses beautifully as it chuffs along from Kühlungsborn to Bad Doberan via Heiligendamm. Six Molli carriages have been restored at great cost and kept true to their authentic, original style.
There's also a wide range of great events that take place throughout the year. And if you're looking for a special destination for a wedding, you can also say your vows aboard the Molli railway itself.
You can follow in the footsteps of the Cistercian monks in Bad Doberan and visit the imposingly beautiful cathedral. The small town is also famous for its traditional mud spa. But Bad Doberan isn't just a great destination for health conscious visitors - art fans will also have a fantastic time visiting the town's little galleries and workshops.
You can also walk right alongside the beach towards Heiligendamm and enjoy a stroll through the oldest seaside resort on Germany's Baltic coast.
