If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the lease without naming a new tenant to enter into the contract on the same terms, compensation in the form of pro rata rents minus any unincurred expenses shall be paid, providing no other tenant can be found. The former residence and now university city of Oldenburg offers visitors all the opportunities that make a city trip attractive: with its six museums, the state theatre, cabarets, the bustling city centre with a variety of shops, nice cafés and restaurants, Oldenburg offers its visitors diverse cultural and leisure options. Getting there
By car: Take motorway exit A28 Westkreuz/Haarentor, head outbound along Ofener Straße towards the university, at the traffic lights after approx. 400 metres turn right into Schützenweg, then immediately take the next left and you have already reached your destination. From Central Station by bus: From Central Station take bus 306 (University) or 310 to Schützenweg (7 stops) and turn into Schützenweg, then turn into the first street on the left and you have arrived!

vor kurzem haben wir ein paar schöne Tage in Oldenburg verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung von Fraun Rohner und Herrn Wawroschek war unser Anlaufpunkt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse und ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Fußläufig ist man in der schönen Innenstadt, mit dem Auto kann man Bremen, Bad Zwischenahn, Wilhelmshaven u.a. gut erreichen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist absolut weiterzuempfehlen !

Eine gemütliche und gepflegte FW, für die ein großer Dachgeschossraum ausgebaut und optimal aufgeteilt wurde um alles zu haben, was man zum Leben braucht: eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit kleiner Essecke, eine Sofa- und Fernsehecke, ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank, auf der Rückseite mit Bücher- und Spieleregal , ein kleiner Schreibtisch und ein Bett unter der Schräge. Das Badezimmer ist nicht zu eng und modern. Die FW liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße. Das Zentrum ist mit dem Rad, das im Hinterhof bereit steht, schnell zu erreichen; genauso schnell ist man im Grünen, wenn man stadtauswärts losradelt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Ein Aufenthalt dort ist also nur zu empfehlen.
