Welcome to the holiday home Fienile, located in a stunning panoramic position near Montespertoli, about 30 km south of Florence.
In this approximately 70 sqm, tastefully decorated holiday home, you can enjoy a peaceful, comfortable vacation. A large terrace, partially covered, invites you to sunbathe, dine, and relax. During the cooler seasons, the fireplace in the living room creates a cozy atmosphere.
The house features one bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed and fireplace, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The house is furnished to accommodate 2-4 people.
Directly from the house, you can also go for walks. Enjoy the individuality of this small, charming property.
The owners run a small ceramics company, which is why the house is beautifully decorated with typical Tuscan painted ceramics.
Around the property, the owners cultivate wine and olives, and the products can be purchased on site.

The central location invites you to take trips to Florence, Certaldo, San Gimignano, Siena, and much more.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of EUR 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of EUR 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to provide you with individual advice!
