Casa-Chiara is especially suitable for families. The newly renovated House is only 350 meters away from the sea with all its beautiful / stunning beaches. Two bicycles can (possibly) be provided for.

Cancellation policy
The following cancellation policies / fees apply for travel cancellation of the tenant:
- Up to 31 days before rental: 60%
- Up to 30 days or less: 90%
In a case of a premature departure / untimely departure, no refund will be issued.
A travel insurance is recommended (e.g. ADAC)

Day trips to worth seeing destinations: Alberobello (village of the trulli), Taranto, Grottaglie (town of pottery and ceramics), Fasano (the largest Safaripark of Europe), Gallipoli (magnificent seaport), Lecce, Castel del Monte (known from the movie “The Name of the Rose”)
Holiday destination
Casa Chiara is located in the outskirts of a quiet residential area, about 1 km away from the lovely coastal town Campomarino. The coast offers picturesque, untouched beaches and a crystal-clear sea, which is considered the most beautiful sea of the country by the Italians.
Visits to the appealing old village of Gallipolis, the nearby trulli of Alberobello, the Castel del Monte (“The Name of the Rose”) or town of pottery and ceramics, Grottaglie are great recommendations for day trips.
Specialty restaurants are to be found in Manduria and Maruggio.
Getting there
By car:
Highway: Basel – Milano – Bari (A14) in the direction of Taranto
A14 ends at Mussafra, SS7 in the direction of Taranto, SST from Giorgio to Manduria, from there SP136 past Maruggio and Campomarino to Strada Provinciale 122 (coastal road), in direction San Pietro in Bevagna, about 1,5 km in Via Mirante.
By plane:
Many airlines (also low budget flights) fly towards Bari or Brindisi. From Brindisi, it’s about 40km to Campomarino.

Netter, unkomplizierter Vermieter und sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service vor Ort. Die Dame bei Ankunft war eine hilfsbereite Ratgeberin bezüglich Restaurants und Tipps zur Umgebung.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man als Familie braucht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und wir genossen die lauen Abende auf der Terrasse. Das Meer ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr gute Restaurants und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ital. und deutsch) ...auch Dank der Insider-Tipps.

Positiv: Ruhige Lage, Haus mit allen Utensilien außer Spülmaschine, angenehmer, hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Handy-Empfang sehr gut, tolles Wetter und herrliche Strände in S.Pietro in Bevagna.
Negativ: Auf den Fotos angegebener Pool war nicht vorhanden, Außendusche dient als Abstellkammer, EG war mit vielen Terrassenmöbeln zugestellt, 2. Spülen der OG-Toilette erst nach 20 min. möglich, anschl. tropfendes Wasser, Wasserdruck OG-Dusche schwach, Ablauf EG-Dusche verstopft, einige Fliegengitter durchlöchert, keine in den Schlafräumen, Kurbel-Konstruktion für Eingangstür fällt auseinander, naher Steinplatten-Strand für kl. Kinder ungeeignet, da auch freilaufender/zähnefletschender Hund in der Nachbarschaft, Stromkosten hoch, obwohl wir tagsüber unterwegs waren.
