Cancellation up to 75 days before arrival: the full deposit
Cancellation from 74th to 45th day before arrival: 50% of the rent
Cancellation from 44th to 30th day before arrival: 80% of the rent
Cancellation from 9th day before arrival: 90% of the rental price
The cancellation must be made in writing by e-mail to the landlord. To calculate the cancellation fees, the receipt of the cancellation at the landlord counts. We recommend all tenants to take out a travel cancellation insurance.

Villa Barbara is located in an urbanization of the small village of Adubia. Surrounded by orange fields and mountain formations you have a wonderful view of Pego and the sea. The beach is about 10 minutes drive. The airports Alicante or Valencia are about 90km away. To Denia about 24 km. Bank, doctor, pharmacy, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes in place. Supermarkets in Pego (about 3 km away). 325 sunny days a year, even in winter sunny, clear and mild.

Man kann nur sagen, dass Haus ist Mega, auch kleine Details wo man nicht mit gerechnet hätte, alles war da, man fühlte sich pudelwohl ...
Wochenmärkte waren sehr gut zu erreichen 10-15 km/h entfernt vom Haus, wir waren in Pego und im nächsten Ort Olivia einfach schön :)
ein Abstecher nach Denia mit dem Auto 35 Min. nach Moraira sind es 45min.
Das tolle Restaurant Grizzlybär in Moraira ist ein Muss, sehr, sehr lecker dort, und natürlich auch die Strandpromenade von Moraira....
Wir können die Villa Barbara nur empfehlen, waren schon sehr oft in Costa Blanca, aber das Ambiente, und vor allem man hat so seine Ruhe, einfach himmlisch dort.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Umgebung, Aussicht, Haus, Einrichtung, Service, Betreuung .... alles wunderbar und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen (auch auf die Gefahr, dass Gäste uns das Haus aufgrund der guten Bewertungen mal wegschnappen).
