If a travel arrangement is canceled, each traveler is liable for cancellation costs in addition to any possible reservation costs incurred. For cancellations of agreements related to travel with own transport, the following conditions apply: If canceled up to 42 days before the arrival date: 30% of the travel amount; If canceled from (including) the 42nd day up to the 28th day before the arrival date: 60% of the travel amount; If canceled from (including) the 28th day up to the day of arrival: 90% of the travel amount; If canceled on the arrival day or later: The full travel amount.

Getting there

Check-in from 3:00 PM. Check-out before 10:00 AM. Changeover day is Saturday. Outside of holiday seasons, other days for arrival and departure are possible upon request. We are available by phone at any time.
