Cancellation policy
Should the tenant want to cancel their rental contract, the owner can demand compensation for the travel arrangements made and the costs incurred. Up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period, compensation will be payable in the amount of 25% of the deposit. Up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price will be charged. 3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing. The day of receipt of the declaration by the landlord is authoritative.

Your holiday home is located in the northern part of Koh Samui and enjoys dreamy views out across the Gulf of Thailand and the nearby islands of Koh Som and Koh Phangan. The "Big Buddha" and the Wat Ban Plai Leam – the symbols of the island – are just 5-10 minutes' drive away. Samui's most beautiful beaches are also very close by. You'll find every kind of entertainment 10 minutes' drive away at Chaweng.
Despite its central location, your holiday home in the hills sits in a very peaceful spot.

Host informationWe are an old but lively couple born in 1948 and 1953, respectively. You're in good hands when you stay with us and don't need to worry about any kind of trickery or anything else.
We bought the plot of land in 1999. The wonderfully beautiful location and the dreamy views were two of the main reasons why we chose to build our house on this precise spot.
Previously, we had always rented a holiday home for our vacations and were always frustrated that almost none of the proper amenities were in place, not even a dishcloth. That's why we decided to build our own holiday home and furnish it in such a way that our guests would not have to suffer the same frustrations. All the amenities that we enjoy are also made available to our guests.
