The villa is located only 1 km away from one of the most famous Istrian castles, Kastel Morosini - Grimani in Svetvincenat, which is well known for its attractive contents and events. Central Istrein is well known for its gastronomy, wine taverns, bike routes and nature. The beach is only 15 minutes drive away from almost all beaches and coastal destinations in Istria.
