Negativer Punkt: Die Garage ist an einen Dritten vermietet, der morgens und abends mit ziemlichem Lärm reinkommt. Am Sonntagmorgen war er beim Staubsaugen.
Umgebung: sehr urban, aber wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet (Pres du Hem) zu Fuß erreichbar
