Cancellation policy
Cancellation of lease
The tenant can withdraw from the rental agreement up to 6 weeks before the beginning of the rental period by a written declaration against the landlord without giving reasons. In the event of subsequent non-letting, the tenant will be charged a lump sum loss of 20% of the agreed rent. If the rental agreement is canceled within 6 weeks before the contractual start date, the full rental price has to be paid. If the landlord can be rented as a complete or partial re-letting of the rented property in the agreed rental period, the rent achieved thereby is charged to the damage caused by the rescued tenant.
It is the responsibility of the renter to protect himself against possible damage resulting from his withdrawal from the rental agreement by concluding an appropriate insurance within the limits of the insurance conditions. In any case, the position of a substitute hirer is permissible to prevent damage or to limit the loss. With this the landlord would conclude a new lease contract - if possible with the same content

Holiday destination
The freestanding holiday home is located about 500 m south-east of the village center Gaschurn at an altitude of approx. 1000 m in a quiet location on the slope of the Pfolla district. Nearby is the valley station of the "Versettla-Bahn". This is within walking distance in about 8 minutes and the local center in about 10 minutes, to reach.
In Gaschurn-Partenen and the surrounding mountain world of the Hochmontafon young and old find in the summer apart from peace and recreation a rich leisure offer.
Getting there
From Autobahnkreuz Memmingen (A7) continue in the direction of Lindau, Lake Constance (A96) via Bregenz (through the Pfändertunnel), Feldkirch, to Bludenz "exit Montafon". After leaving the motorway, turn right on the Landstrasse to Gaschurn via Schruns, St. Gallenkirch and Gortipol. Before reaching Gaschurn, turn right (bypass) towards Partenen, past the valley station of the "Versettla-Bahn". After about 300 (at the end of the car park) turn right into Garnerastraße. Drive up to the sign "Pfolla". Here turn right and go over the small bridge of Garnerabache. Then turn left onto the small ascent. After about 40 m you have reached the destination.

Liebe Frau Rieke
Obschon es der Wettergott (leider) nicht alle Tage gut mit uns meinte, haben wir eine tolle Ferienwoche in Ihrem Traumhaus verbracht. Unsere zwei Teenies haben sofort die untere Wohnung in Beschlag genommen und waren die ganze Zeit Happy. Für die Andern war die obere Wohnung genau richtig um sich rundum wohlzufühlen.
Frau Rieke scheut keine Mühe um den Gästen den Aufenthalt in Ihrem schmucken Haus so angenehm als möglich zu gestalten.
Wir wünschen Ihnen weiterhin viel Freude und zufriedene Gäste in Ihrem sauberen und gemütlichen Haus im Silvretta. Vielleicht sehen wir uns bald wieder.

Liebe Frau Rieke
Wir verbrachten im August 2015 einen 14 tägigen Wanderurlaub in Gaschurn und hatten für diesen Zeitraum Haus Rieke angemietet.
Das Haus war einfach klasse, ruhige Lage und mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht. Es fehlte wirklich nichts.
Auch der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett.
Es war immer ein gutes Gefühl nach einem anstrengenden Wandertag, den Abend auf der überdachten Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
